*        I am Elyon, my friends.  With every breath, allow yourself to go deeper, letting the presence wash over you.  As you feel the presence of God, a relaxation occurs, the tensions can subside, allowing you to let go of the challenges of your day.  There is no need to hold on to resentments or the fearful inclinations that you somehow feel smaller when things go against you, or against your desires and wishes.  Allow yourself the opportunity to rest in the presence of God. 

Recognize that each moment in the presence of God is an instant closer to the realization of eternity.  At some point this will be the norm and the other will be fleeting moments.  The doubts and insecurities subside exponentially as you place yourself in the presence of God regularly, not just in thought, in contemplation of ideas, but also in the letting go and allowing the waves of worship to come over you. 

Some of you have read about the threefold fluctuation of light where the masses on Paradise are freed from their worship to go about their business.  Freed is not completely accurate in description, for it is more a sense of awareness to move on and manifest what you have felt in your worshipful state.  Worship, in a spiritual sense, is a form of recreation, thus as you grow ever more spiritually solvent in your journey you will have the increasing desire to allow yourself to be at one with our Creator. 

As you find yourselves in those periods of doubt and questioning, find a safe spot, a comfortable place, a warm blanket, a fireside chair, whatever it may be for you, and, instead of scrolling on your phones or watching TV or contemplating all the difficulties in your conversations or circumstances of the day, choose worship as your relaxation, as your free time, and see if the experience doesn’t build within you a firewall of certainty about the care there is for you and the opportunity to know your place, your part in the plan of our Father more assuredly each time you choose.
